An initial business sale assessment is at no charge to prospective clients and it determines if the owner's business meets the key factors we have established to successfully sell a business. All consulting, marketing and business valuation services are fee based and the fee amount is determined by the market value of the company and the complexity of the sale. The business transfer negotiation and closing costs are commission based and derived from the Listing Agreement. The commission amount is determined by the market value of the company.
