- Jeannine Olszewski - Transaction Coordinator
 Jeannine Olszewski joined Equity Ltd. in 2004 and has since assisted in the procurement and closing of over a dozen successful transactions. She is a critical contact to our clients in that she works closely with them to assure all of the essential information regarding the marketability of the clients’ business is obtained.
Jeannine develops the customized marketing plan tailored to each client and business. She coordinates the marketing on a local and national level. She creates our confidential business reviews, which are an essential marketing tool and reference used by all potential buyers, their attorneys, accountants, and lending institutions.
Jeannine guides buyers through the initial steps of the buying process and aids sellers by protecting their confidentiality and ensuring only qualified, interested buyers are considered.
She previously owned and managed rental properties in West Michigan, and has worked in the field of accounting and office management for over 10 years.
Jeannine obtained her BBA with a major in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
Jeannine resides in West Michigan and has three daughters.
- Lisa Piskin - Transaction Coordinator
 Lisa Piskin joined Equity Ltd. in 1999 as an office administrator and has since progressed through the ranks to a Transaction Coordinator where she assists both sellers and buyers through the due diligence process to ensure that all transactions move forward to a smooth and successful conclusion.
Lisa works closely with clients to obtain all of the essential information regarding the marketability of the clients’ business. From there Lisa develops a customized marketing plan tailored to each client’s business. Each individual marketing plan consists of a confidential business review created by Lisa, which is an essential marketing tool and reference used by all potential buyers, their attorneys, accountants.
With an emphasis on business development and while maximizing Equity’s resources, Lisa manages and develops Equity’s contact database so we can quickly target and identify potential buyers.
For over ten years, Lisa has owned and run her own business. She obtained her BA in Business Administration from Aquinas College and has held a Real Estate License for the last 8 years. Residing in West Michigan, Lisa is married and has two teenage children, a son and daughter.
